I ordered some items that ended up being the wrong size, which was my mistake, so I messaged the care team for a replacement and they stated their replacement processing was currently unavailable but that I would receive a full refund. Upon further discussion, Christine P. from the care team let me know that she had spoken with her manager and they offered to go ahead and fulfill the replacement anyway to make up for the error. She has been helpful, cooperative, and I thoroughly appreciate her efforts to help make me a happy customer! I am currently awaiting her next response to see what can be done as far as fulfilling my requested replacement.
Aside from the incorrect sizing on my part, overall the product comes exactly as described by the website and the quality seems good; my husband hasn’t yet worn his bands due to not having the right size, but he says the feel and the thickness of the band seems to be comfortable and durable.
